Complaints Procedure

Parents/carers should notify the Head Teacher if there is any complaint about the school. The Head Teacher or Deputy Head Teacher will investigate the complaint and try to resolve the situation. If this is found not to be satisfactory then the Governing body will convene a complaints hearing. There is a right to appeal to the Secretary of State if there is a disagreement with the Governors’ ruling.

Students interact very effectively with the staff and are highly motivated by their personalised programmes. They meet, and often exceed, the predictions based on their previous progress.
